  • Mindr is for anyone who wants to protect their brain health—but it’s especially powerful for caregivers of people with Alzheimer’s, those with a family history of dementia or those who have medical conditions that predispose them to cognitive decline like high blood pressure, diabetes or past concussions. If you're worried about your future, this is your plan to fight back—one day at a time.

  • Yes. Your first 7 days are free.

  • There are small differences you can see in the pricing table further up on this page, but most significant difference is how often you have personal video coaching sessions with your coach.

    • Community is the digital only experience with no personal coach support.

    • Coach is the baseline digital experience with in-app chat support and a kick off session with a real human coach but no monthly video coaching sessions.

    • Care adds monthly video sessions with your coach.

  • Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account dashboard. Your new plan will begin at at the end of your current billing cycle.

  • Yes. You can cancel your plan at any time from your account dashboard. Your plan will end at at the end of your current billing cycle.

  • Yes. All clients get access to support, through community meetings. Coach and Care plans include priority support, which just means we will check more often and respond to your comments faster. If your coach isn’t responding quickly enough in-app, you can email coach@mindr.us.

  • Mindr follows HIPAA-compliant practices and uses industry-standard security practices to keep your personal data private and secure.
