When you join Mindr, you'll complete a detailed onboarding covering your health history, daily habits, concerns, and goals.
From that point forward, everything you see is chosen for you. Your activities are based on your specific situation, your risks, and where you are in your journey. As you progress, your experience continues to adapt.
Your daily experience
Your activities are organized into six channels, one for each domain. Each day, your personalized activities appear in the relevant channels. A blue dot means something's waiting for you. Complete it, and the dot turns green. When all your channels are green, you're done for the day.
Most people spend 5-15 minutes daily. Mindr is designed to fit into your life — not take it over.
Your connection to your coach
Alongside the six brain health channels, you'll find your coach chat — a direct line to your Mindr coach. This is where you can ask questions, share updates, or get help when you're stuck.
Your coach uses this channel to check in, offer encouragement, and help you stay on track. It works just like the rest of the app — messages waiting for you, right there when you need them.

Before building the full Mindr platform, we delivered a digital multi-domain intervention for people at risk for cognitive impairment or with mild cognitive impairment (MCI) with the overall aim to prevent or alter cognitive decline in an easily accessible and inexpensive solution. The results speak for themselves.

Yes. Your first 14 days are free.

Yes. All clients get access to support, through community meetings. Coach and Complete plans include priority support, which just means we will check more often and respond to your comments faster. If your coach isn’t responding quickly enough in-app, you can email coach@mindr.us.

Yes. You can cancel, upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account dashboard. Your new plan will begin at at the end of your current billing cycle.
